Working alongside his father on a strawberry farm from the age of 8, Richard's passion for farming was kindled, setting the course for a remarkable journey ahead.

Over the years, Richard's commitment and fervor evolved, propelling him to the role of Production Manager for a prominent agricultural company. For 32 years, he dedicated himself to optimizing production processes and maximizing yields, a testament to his unceasing drive to enhance the industry he held dear. This journey, marked by hard work and determination, crystallized his understanding of the intricacies of farming – a foundation that would underpin his subsequent endeavors.

Richard's repertoire of crops is as diverse as it is impressive. With a degree in hand, Alec could have chosen any path, yet his heart led him back to the farm that had shaped his upbringing. Drawing from the teachings of his father and his own hands-on experiences, Alec's journey encompassed various facets of farming, providing him with a holistic understanding of the field.
